Return Policy

We value every customer and our goal is to provide a good shopping experience. Our goal is in hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase.  We do our best to ensure quality control of our products when shipped. If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase, we will gladly accept the return, we will exchange the return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in the original purchased condition.

ALL  MARKDOWN ITEMS, SPECIAL BUNDLES ARE FINAL SALE/NON RETURNABLE.

Return Process:

Zoharas Vogue Collection reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is returnable. 

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted if not authorized approved for return. 

1. If the item is defective, return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please email a photo of the defective product. 

2. All return items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition in order to process a refund or exchange. We will need the tracking number after the customer ship the item.  Please provide the tracking at info@zoharas.com 

In order to receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 days of delivery, the return item MUST be in the original shipped condition. 

Returns must be shipped to the appropriate return shipping address. 

3. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive, a notification is sent to you once the process is complete. Please contact us if you do not receive your refund after the item is authorized for approval and returned.

4. Once the return has been received and approved, a store credit will be issued. Our team will send a confirmation email once the package has been received and processed.
