Return Window & Store Credit
Eligible return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY, in accordance with our checkout refund policy. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for standard returns, except where required by applicable law.
To qualify, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original purchased condition.
- Returned with all tags attached.
- In original packaging when applicable.
Final Sale Items
Discounted, sale, and markdown items, special bundles, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, except as required by applicable law.
Return Authorization & Shipping
Contact info@zoharas.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. All returns require approval before they are shipped; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. We will provide the appropriate return shipping address after authorization.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send the return tracking number to info@zoharas.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Store Credit Processing
After an authorized return is received, inspected, and approved, store credit is issued. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing and confirmation. Approved store credit can be used toward a future purchase.
Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
We also offer a one-time complimentary limited craftsmanship warranty for 180 days from purchase, subject to the warranty terms. Contact our team for details.
